Women's Group
Women’s Group “Women Together” runs on a Monday morning 9.30-11.30 and is a very diverse and inclusive group. The women plan their own programme of what they would like to do and are very supportive of each other. Sessions have included Mental Health workshops, Arts and Crafts, budgeting and trips out. The group also celebrate different cultures and beliefs and have tasted different types of foods from around the world and have had discussions around different cultures. The women have also taken part in fun sessions such as Bollywood dancing, playing bingo and Quizzes.
To allow parents to attend, we also offer a free creche during the time of the group with our qualified childcare staff. You can read more about our childcare services here.

Men's Group
Men’s group runs on Wednesday afternoons 2.30-5.30pm.
Men’s group ‘Assemblage’ is led by the men who attend it, it’s relaxed, informal and supportive. The group meets weekly and there’s always an activity on offer, these have included graffiti art, bushcraft, model making, darts, pool, cooking and many more. Or you can just come along and have a cuppa and catch up with the lads. The group also has regular trips out, these have included Beamish museum, the cinema, the beach, the park and bowling. It’s a chance to meet new people and try out new things, with group members saying it has helped them become more confident and make new friendships.
